Valley Alliance Church

The Annual meeting of Valley Alliance Church will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2013 following the morning worship service and following our pot-luck dinner. The annual meeting is open to all Valley Alliance Church members and adherents. 

Come and worship the King with us as we sing Christmas Carols and read from Scripture about the Good News of the birth of the Savior.

Once again this year we participated in Samaritan's Purse, Operation Christmas Child. We are so thankful to all of the business, schools and folks who prepared shoe boxes to be sent to poverty stricken children in other countries. We are amazed at your generosity! This year we collected 254 shoe boxes that were loaded with toys and special items that will put joy on the faces of many children. We hope and pray the shoe boxes will be a visable expression to the child...

Our Christmas Concert 2012 will be on Sunday morning 11:00 on December 9. This year we are having an Old Fashioned Christmas Concert. We're asking everyone in our congregation to participate. Some will be singing a Christmas carol. Others will be sharing a Christmas reading or poem. Still others will be playing the piano or guitar and forming a special Christmas ensemble. Dave & Donna Wintemute - Missionaries in Tjuana Mexico will be with us for Sunday School and worship service on Sunday October 28, 2012. Following our morning worship service we will be having a pot luck dinner. Come and hear what God is doing in the hearts and lives of people in Mexico.

Samaratan's Purse Operation Shoe Box 2012 is in full swing. We are asking you to join us in this year's campaign. Just pick up your shoe boxes at Valley Alliance Church and get busy filling those shoe boxes full of toys, dolls, pencil crayons, socks and even running shoes. It is with much sadness that we share the news of Oliver's passing. Oliver passed away at the Regina Pasqua hospital in the afternoon of Thursday, June 28, 2012. Oliver's funeral will be held at Valley Alliance Church on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 @ 10:00 a.m. Please be in prayer for Gladys and her family during this time of sorrow.

WATOTO CHILDREN'S CHOIR is once again coming to Valley Alliance Church on May 2, 2012. The concert begins promptly at 7:00 pm. All are welcome to come and enjoy these African boys and girls perform and sing. The concert is free, however, there will be a free will offering taken to help support the Watoto village orphanages. 

Following our morning worship service we will be having a pot-luck followed by our annual meeting. As we look back on 2011 we give thanks to the Lord. There will be a reporting of our various ministries and an opportunity to look at some of the plans we have for 2012. Everyone is welcome to our pot-luck. We ask that you bring your favorite dish. The Annual meeting which follows the pot-luck is open for both members and adherents.
